PROBLEM STATEMENT

  • Low website engagement
  • No digital strategy to optimize existing accounts, reach, and marketing

OPPORTUNITY

Ten Times Talent is a faith based e-learning platform featuring over 40 courses across business, finance, fitness, leadership, writing, digital and social media marketing, spirituality and mental health. 

In the light of this, Saturday Learning was introduced as an exclusive masterclass with experts, and for this reason, designed to give participants 90 minutes of discussion with the speaker. Furthermore, complimentary access to their course on the platform.

Subsequently, we created a limited One-on-One workshop to enable professionals with their resumes and job interview/presentation. Altogether participants undeniably agreed to the benefits of the 1-1.  

 

 

SOLUTIONS

In order to address lack of engagement, The Pinnacle Strategy worked at length on developing a planned approach to building audience segmentation, awareness campaigns, and email marketing.  

In particular:

Firstly, develop a social media strategy and calendar for content posting. Secondly, developed an email marketing plan to engage dormant platform users.

By comparison to the former, we recorded

  1. Participation numbers for Saturday Learning went up 22 percent.
  2. Content reached over 15,000 social media users within 1 month.
  3. Team strength doubled.
