Dipti Kumar is a dynamic speaker and trainer and specializes in building thoughtful leadership skills for professionals, empowering youth and students toward career advancement and raising awareness on bringing women empowerment through equitable economic, social and cultural opportunities.
In 2024 she launched her first book with Prime Point Foundation. Her book, a Handbook for Journalists on AI Tools and Techniques is written to enable newsrooms and media professionals embrace technological advancements with ease.
As the Trustee for the Digital Journalists Association of India (DiJAI) Dipti has led the development of virtual programs for media specialists, including thought provoking webinars addressing industry challenges and development. She also serves as the Associate Editor of PreSense, one of India’s oldest e-magazines with over 200 editions, and writes a monthly column on digital technology.
She has spoken at virtual and in-person events across India and globally. She speaks to students and professionals across the world to ideate, strategize and develop career paths including media, journalism, social enterprise, marketing, digital media and retail.
Her work with youth on building successful professional paths in early stages of post-graduate work experiences has been welcomed by Anna University, Chennai and National School of Journalism, Bengaluru.
